This is why it is so important to find a Realtor who is not only knowledgable about real estate and proficient in all aspects of the transaction, but familiar with the communities in which they work.
In many cases, newcomers to our area haven't a clue as to where they'd like to make their home. The real estate counselor needs to be able to help them focus in on the type of community they want, it's proximity to their place of work, and the types of amenities their family requires.
